John Macfarlane, a director at L1 Long Short Fund Limited, has increased his indirect interest in the company through the acquisition of 14,157 ordinary shares valued at $41,763.15, pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. This transaction, which occurred on October 1, 2024, brings his total indirect holdings to 710,176 ordinary shares in the Macfarlane Family Trust.
