L1 Long Short Fund Ltd. ( (AU:LSF) ) has provided an update.

L1 Long Short Fund Limited has reported strong investment performance to 31 December 2025, delivering a 46.8% net return over 12 months and annualised returns of 16.7% over three years, 18.1% over five years and 14.0% since its 2018 IPO, all ahead of the ASX 200 Accumulation Index. The board has continued to grow dividends each year and, from FY26, has shifted to quarterly fully franked payments, declaring a 3.6 cent per share dividend payable on 20 March and indicating expectations of further dividend increases during 2026.

To complement the enhanced payout profile, the company is promoting its Dividend Reinvestment Plan, which allows eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders to reinvest all or part of their dividends into additional shares without brokerage. Management positions the DRP and rising dividend stream as tools to build long-term holdings and align investors with the fund’s ongoing growth, as it seeks to maintain its performance-led appeal in the listed investment company sector.
