Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. has announced an adjustment to the conversion price of its zero coupon convertible bonds due in 2026 from 2,356.5 yen to 2,355.0 yen, effective April 1, 2024. This change follows the approval of a year-end dividend of 33 yen per share at the company’s recent shareholders’ meeting, resulting in an annual dividend of 49 yen per share for the fiscal year.
