Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary KC Smart Mobility, has entered into a partnership with EHang Intelligent to purchase and operationally cooperate on 30 products, with exclusive rights in certain regions of Hong Kong, Macau, and Hubei Province. The agreement, valued at approximately HK$71.6 million, is effective from July 19, 2024, to December 31, 2026, marking a significant transaction for the company that does not require shareholder approval but mandates disclosure.
