Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited (HK:0306) has released an update.

Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited has announced the acquisition of an industrial/office property on the 22nd floor of Tower Two, Ever Gain Plaza in Hong Kong, for HK$75,907,200. The property, largely tenanted with leases up to July 2026, brings in a monthly rental income of about HK$345,000. This transaction is classified as discloseable, requiring reporting and announcement as per the Listing Rules, but does not necessitate shareholder approval.
