KWG Resources Expands Private Placement and Welcomes New Director

KWG Resources (TSE:CACR) has released an update.

KWG Resources Inc., also known as The Canadian Chrome Company, has announced an increase to $5 million for its private placement of convertible debentures and expects to close the third tranche by the end of September. Additionally, the company appointed Jeffrey Steiner, a lawyer with a background in governmental and international business relations, to its board of directors to leverage his experience amid growing Middle Eastern investments in the mining sector.
