Kwan Yong Holdings Limited has announced the re-designation of Mr. Lim Ah Lay as an independent non-executive Director (INED), effective from 10 October 2024. Mr. Lim, who has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, previously served as a non-executive Director and has been confirmed to meet the independence criteria set by the Listing Rules. His new role comes with a director’s fee of HK$200,000 per annum, with the remuneration reviewed annually in line with company policy.
