Kwan On Holdings Reports Rising Annual Net Loss

Kwan On Holdings Ltd. (HK:1559) has released an update.

Kwan On Holdings Limited reported an increased net loss of HK$190,198,000 for the year ended 31 March 2024, a significant rise from the previous year’s HK$112,222,000 loss, according to their latest annual results. This downturn was attributed to higher costs of sales and services, provisions for litigations, and impairment losses. The group also faced a comprehensive expense of HK$206,056,000, exacerbated by fair value losses on investments and exchange differences.
