Kuya Silver Corporation has successfully completed an oversubscribed flow-through financing, raising CAD$2.5 million to fund exploration activities at the Silver Kings Project in Ontario, Canada. The company issued over 5 million flow-through units to finance Canadian Exploration Expenses, and paid finder’s fees in cash and equity.
