Kuya Silver Corporation has successfully completed a convertible financing deal with L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund, securing CAD$1,000,000 to expand its silver mining operations at the Bethania Project in Peru. The agreement includes a secured convertible debenture and share purchase warrants, with provisions for an optional additional financing arrangement under certain conditions.
