Kuya Silver Corporation has successfully completed the final portion of a strategic investment with Trafigura, securing an additional USD$970,000 to advance the Bethania mine in Peru. This investment, part of a USD$1,200,000 private placement, allows for the acquisition of over 5 million units of Kuya Silver, each including a share and a purchase warrant. The funds will support the production restart of silver-lead and zinc concentrates, with Trafigura committed to a one-year hold on the shares and a conditional warrant exercise agreement.
