Kutcho Copper Corp. Raises $1.3M Through Private Placement

Kutcho Copper Corp (TSE:KC) has released an update.

Kutcho Copper Corp. successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,288,500 through the issuance of 12,885,000 units priced at $0.10 each. The funds will be used to advance the Kutcho Project and cover general administrative and working capital expenses. The private placement is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
