Kutcho Copper Corp has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise $750,000 by offering 7.5 million units at $0.10 each. The proceeds will be used for advancing the Kutcho Project and covering general administrative expenses. This placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and may include participation from company insiders.
