Kureha Corporation has reported completing a share repurchase program, buying back 283,900 common shares at a cost of ¥770,910,000 during September 2024. This repurchase is part of a larger scheme authorized by the Board on May 13, 2024, which allows for the repurchase of up to 5,600,000 shares (10.18% of total issued shares) for a maximum cost of ¥15 billion until March 2025. To date, the company has acquired 2,583,500 shares for ¥7,314,295,200 under this plan.
