Kunlun Energy Announces Interim Dividend Payout

KUNLUN ENERGY (HK:0135) has released an update.

Kunlun Energy Company Limited has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.1641 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with an option for shareholders to receive the dividend in HKD at a conversion rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.0782. Shareholders must elect the currency option by October 8, 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for September 9 and payment to be made on October 31, 2024.
