The latest announcement is out from Kuniko Ltd. ( (AU:KNI) ).
Kuniko has reported a major new silver-gold discovery at its Silica Hill prospect within the Commonwealth–Silica Hill Project in New South Wales. The find includes bonanza-grade mineralisation up to 20,603 grams per tonne of silver and 27 grams per tonne of gold in drill hole CMKNI004, located about 100 metres outside the existing mineralised envelope, indicating a significant expansion of the known system.
Results from holes CMKNI004 and CMKNI003 reveal both very high-grade, vein-hosted intercepts and broad zones of disseminated sulphides, supporting the interpretation of a large, fertile and vertically extensive hydrothermal system. The discovery, which appears structurally offset and open in all directions, has effectively opened new search space at depth and prompted a Phase 2 drilling program starting in June to pursue extensions and higher-grade zones, underscoring the project’s growth potential for investors and stakeholders.
