KuangChi Science Limited has announced significant changes to its leadership, with Dr. Liu Ruopeng stepping down as Chairman of the Board to focus on other commitments, while remaining an executive Director. Dr. Zhang Yangyang, who has been with the company since 2014 and possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the field, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and chairman of the nomination committee, effective from 11 August 2024.
