KTMG Limited has announced significant shifts in its Board and Board Committees after its Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2024. The reshuffle includes the appointment of Mr Ooi Jit Huat and Mr Lau Ping as Non-Executive and Independent Directors, alongside Mr Koh Boon Huat’s re-designation as the Non-Executive and Lead Independent Director. The company also acknowledged the retirement and contributions of former board members Mr Goh Yeow Tin and Mr Yap Boh Pin.
