Kruso Kapital has completed its acquisition of Banco Invest’s pawn credit activities in Portugal, a move that enhances its international presence and focuses on high-return, low-risk assets. The acquisition, valued at 11.55 million euros, adds 16 branches and 44 employees under the brand Credito Economico Popular. This strategic expansion is expected to positively impact Kruso Kapital’s financial performance.
