Kropz PLC, an emerging African phosphate producer, has just received the green light from the South African Reserve Bank, enabling the company to move forward with its previously announced restructuring and fundraising efforts. The approval also allows for the issue of Convertible Loan Notes, following the affirmative vote at the shareholder meeting in September. The company is preparing to admit new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM and will update the market about the trading commencement date shortly.
