Kropz Plc, a company listed on AIM, is looking to raise approximately £1.8 million through a retail offer of new ordinary shares, priced at 1.387 pence each, to its existing UK-based retail shareholders. This offer, conducted via the REX platform, will complement a larger fundraising initiative aiming to raise a total of £8.9 million before expenses. The offer, which is set to close on 9 September 2024, will allow investors to participate through financial intermediaries such as AJ Bell, Hargreaves Lansdown, and interactive investor, with a minimum subscription of £50 per investor.
