Kromek Group plc, a frontrunner in radiation and bio-detection technology, has successfully negotiated the cancellation of the final outstanding Convertible Loan Note for £36k, which has been settled through the allotment of 527,092 new ordinary shares. This move effectively clears the company’s debt from Loan Notes, with expectations for the new shares to begin trading on AIM around 10 June 2024. Shareholders can now refer to the total issued share capital of 641,546,326 ordinary shares for interest notifications under the FCA’s rules.
