Kraken Robotics Upsizes Public Offering to $45 Million

Kraken Robotics Systems Inc (TSE:PNG) has released an update.

Kraken Robotics Inc., a marine technology company, has increased its public offering from $25 million to $45 million, which will be offered via short form prospectus. The additional funds will enable the company to expand its facilities, pursue acquisitions, and strengthen its balance sheet to support long-term growth strategies. The offering is expected to close on October 22, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
