At the recent Annual Meeting, shareholders of KP Tissue Inc. unanimously re-elected all proposed board members and endorsed the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors with overwhelming support. Additionally, they approved a by-law amendment to lower the quorum for shareholder meetings.
