Koyo International Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Elaine Soong Siew Kim as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 2 July 2024. Ms. Soong will also serve as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. This appointment brings a reshuffle in the Board and its Committees, marking a significant change in the company’s leadership structure.
