Kosmos Energy Ltd. has announced the pricing of $500 million in senior notes with an 8.750% yield, maturing in 2031, with the intention to use the proceeds for tender offers for existing notes, alongside other related expenses. The notes, which are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, are offered to qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons in compliance with securities regulations. Kosmos is an independent oil and gas company with key operations across the Atlantic Margins, trading on the NYSE and LSE under the ticker symbol KOS.
