Koryx Copper Secures Funding for Exploration

Koryx Copper Inc. (TSE:KRY) has released an update.

Koryx Copper Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,505,250 through the sale of 23,157,692 units at C$0.065 each. These funds are earmarked for the advancement of the company’s exploration projects in Namibia and Zambia, as well as for bolstering general working capital. The placement included participation from insiders and the issuing of finder’s fees in units, while relying on certain exemptions due to financial hardship.
