Koryx Copper (TSE:KRY) has released an update.
Koryx Copper Inc. is set to strengthen its financial position through a $10 million CAD non-brokered private placement, aiming to issue over 9 million shares at $1.10 each, with the proceeds intended to develop their Haib copper project in Namibia, and other projects in Zambia, as well as for general capital needs. The company also announced the recent appointment of Tony da Silva as the new CFO, succeeding Ms. Chantelle Collins.
