Koryx Copper Advances with Funding and Share Consolidation

Koryx Copper Inc. has completed a significant non-brokered private placement, raising $1.999 million through the issuance of 16,665,758 common shares, with the proceeds earmarked for exploration projects in Namibia and Zambia, as well as for general working capital. The company has also announced the successful consolidation of its shares, with a 5-to-1 ratio, effectively raising the share price to $0.60 per consolidated share. The developments are part of Koryx’s strategy to advance its mining projects in mineral-rich regions and in close proximity to infrastructure, reflecting a strong growth trajectory.
