Korvest Ltd has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place in Adelaide on the 25th of October, 2024. Shareholders are set to review and discuss the company’s financial statements, director and auditor reports, and consider the adoption of the remuneration report for the fiscal year ended 30th June 2024. The meeting will also include a vote on executive compensation, which is advisory and non-binding as per the Corporations Act.
