Korvest Ltd Director’s Shareholding Shift

Korvest Ltd. (AU:KOV) has released an update.

Korvest Ltd has disclosed a change in the holdings of their Director Christian Hartwig, reporting a direct interest shift with the exercise of vested performance rights. Specifically, Hartwig acquired 19,530 ordinary shares and disposed of an equivalent number of performance rights, resulting in a new total of 159,572 ordinary shares and 37,473 performance rights held after the transaction. No monetary consideration was involved in this change, which is now part of the official ASX records.
