Kori Holdings Limited has announced a significant reshuffle in its Board of Directors following its annual general meeting. This includes the appointment of Mr. Lye Thiam Fatt Joseph Victor and Mr. Chua Ser Miang as new independent directors, and the resignation or retirement of three of its longstanding members, Mr. Kuan Cheng Tuck, Mr. Lim Yeok Hua, and Mr. Nicholas Philip Lazarus. The company has expressed gratitude for the substantial contributions of the outgoing directors and detailed the new board composition.
