Kore Potash PLC has successfully raised $900,000 through a share subscription, issuing over 25 million new shares at a 15% discount to drive forward its Kola Potash Project in the Republic of Congo. The funds will aid in advancing the project towards an EPC contract and provide essential working capital. These new shares will soon be listed on multiple exchanges, expanding the company’s capital base and voting rights.
