Kore Potash Secures $1.28M for Kola Project Advancement

Kore Potash PLC (GB:KP2) has released an update.

Kore Potash PLC has announced the successful completion of a fundraising effort, securing approximately $1.28 million through the issuance of 91.8 million new shares to existing and new investors. The proceeds are earmarked for advancing the Kola Potash Project towards an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract and providing working capital. Shareholder approval is pending for a portion of the shares to be allocated to the company’s Chairman through associated trusts.
