Kore Potash Reports Monthly CDI Movement

Kore Potash PLC (GB:KP2) has released an update.

Kore Potash PLC reported a decrease in its CDIs, with a net movement of 6,218,739 during May 2024, resulting in a balance of 652,045,767 CDIs at the end of the month. Additionally, the company issued 31,093,883 new ordinary shares after shareholder approval in May. These changes are part of the regular monthly reporting required by the ASX for companies with a dual listing and CDIs issued over quoted securities.
