Kore Potash PLC Gains Approval for Share Issue

Kore Potash PLC (GB:KP2) has released an update.

Kore Potash PLC has announced the successful passage of resolutions during its General Meeting, which includes the authorization to issue over 31 million new shares at 0.38p each as part of its recent fundraising efforts. The shares are set to begin trading around May 16, 2024. Chairman David Hathorn has participated in the fundraiser, acquiring a substantial number of shares that will increase his stake to 8.66% of the company’s issued share capital upon completion of the share admission.
