Kore Potash PLC Approves New Share Issuance

Kore Potash PLC (GB:KP2) has released an update.

Kore Potash PLC has successfully passed resolutions at its General Meeting approving the issuance of over 4 million new shares, with Chairman David Hathorn participating in the fundraising event. The newly issued shares are expected to begin trading around August 28, 2024. Following the share issuance, the company’s total voting rights will increase to over 4.35 billion.
