Kore Potash Nears EPC Agreement with PowerChina

Kore Potash PLC (GB:KP2) has released an update.

Kore Potash PLC is actively negotiating an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with PowerChina for their Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Republic of Congo, with further discussions scheduled in early July 2024. PowerChina has also shown interest in operating the mine post-construction, with a draft operating proposal expected in July. Meanwhile, Kore Potash anticipates the need to raise additional funds for working capital and construction financing from the Summit Consortium.
