Kore Potash Finalizes EPC Deal for Kola Project

Kore Potash PLC (GB:KP2) has released an update.

Kore Potash PLC has finalized an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with PowerChina for the development of its Kola Potash Project in the Republic of Congo, with a signing ceremony slated for November 2024. The company successfully raised over $1.2 million in funds and held $1.28 million in cash as of September 2024, while continuing to seek additional financing for the Kola project’s construction costs. The Republic of Congo’s government has expressed strong support, aligning with Kore Potash’s strategic goals to advance the project and create regional jobs.
