Kore Potash Advances Negotiations on Kola Project

Kore Potash PLC (GB:KP2) has released an update.

Kore Potash PLC, the potash development company, is nearing the completion of negotiations with PowerChina for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for its Kola Project in the Republic of Congo. Significant corporate activities include the appointment of a new CEO, André Baya, and successful fundraising efforts, with the company maintaining US$0.96 million in cash as of June 30th, 2024. The company continues to focus on securing financing for the Kola Project and is exploring strategic options for the DX Potash Project.
