Kore Mining Ltd. is launching a private placement to raise up to $1 million through the sale of 25 million units, consisting of common shares and purchase warrants. The funds will support the company’s exploration and permitting efforts in California, as well as general corporate purposes. Existing shareholders and accredited investors can participate, subject to certain conditions and exemptions.
