KORE Group Holdings ( (KORE) ) just unveiled an update.

On February 26, 2026, KORE Group Holdings entered into a definitive merger agreement under which an affiliate of private investment firms Searchlight Capital Partners and Abry Partners will acquire all KORE common shares they do not already own for $9.25 per share in cash, valuing the transaction at about $726 million. The offer, unanimously approved by KORE’s board and a special committee of independent directors, represents a roughly 700% premium to the company’s unaffected share price and is expected to take KORE private, subject to approval by disinterested shareholders, regulatory clearances including HSR and CFIUS, and other customary conditions, with closing targeted for the second or third quarter of 2026; existing preferred stock and certain warrants held by Searchlight will roll over, major holders Cerberus, Abry and Searchlight have signed voting and support agreements, and KORE’s stock and public warrants are expected to be delisted following completion.
