KOP Limited ( (SG:5I1) ) has provided an update.

KOP Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, has announced that it will cease the quarterly reporting of its unaudited condensed interim financial statements. This decision follows a clean audit opinion on the company’s FY2025 consolidated financial statements, which means they are no longer required to report quarterly under the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist. The company will now report on a half-yearly basis, with the next report due for the six months ending 30 September 2025. KOP Limited assures stakeholders that it will continue to comply with disclosure obligations to keep shareholders informed of any material developments.
