KOP Limited announces board changes, with the retirement of Independent Director Mrs. Yu-Foo Yee Shoon after more than 9 years of service, effective 31 July 2024, and the subsequent appointment of Mr. Wilson Christopher Geoffrey as Independent Director starting 1 August 2024. These shifts are part of the company’s board rejuvenation process, which also includes the re-designation of Mr. Jimmy Yim Wing Kuen to Lead Independent Director on the same date.
