Kootenay Silver Inc. has increased its public offering to C$9 million, which includes the sale of up to 8,035,714 units at C$1.12 each, consisting of common shares and warrants. The offering, managed by Red Cloud Securities Inc., will potentially include an additional 15% of units to cover over-allotments and is set to close around April 25, 2024. Funds raised will support the Columba Silver Project in Mexico and general corporate purposes.
