Koonenberry Gold Limited ( (AU:KNB) ) has shared an announcement.
Koonenberry Gold has reported strong drilling results from the Sunnyside prospect at its Enmore Project in New South Wales, with new holes extending broad intervals of gold mineralisation down dip and confirming continuity across five drill sections over more than 200 metres of strike. The mineralised zones now reach depths of up to about 415 metres, remain open in multiple directions and include high-grade intersections with visible gold, prompting plans for further drilling and detailed geological interpretation.
Phase II drilling at Enmore comprised 35 holes, including 12 diamond holes at Sunnyside where all results have now been received, while assays from Postman’s Gully and Hand in Hand prospects are pending alongside ongoing geochemical sampling and early work at the emerging Queen of Sheeba target. The company is also advancing its Lachlan Project with IP geophysical surveys at Dunedoo and Wilga and preparing a nine-hole diamond drilling program at the Junee joint venture with Newmont, underscoring a growing exploration pipeline that could enhance its resource potential and regional footprint.
