Koonenberry Gold Limited (AU:KNB) has released an update.
Koonenberry Gold Limited has announced that Director George Rogers has altered his interest in the company by ceasing to have a relevant interest in 750,000 shares held by SRG Partners Pty Ltd. This change leaves Rogers with direct and indirect interests totaling 7,733,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the company. The adjustment in shareholding is due to Rogers no longer being associated with SRG Partners Pty Ltd.
