Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has initiated a share program for employees, transferring 403,023 shares at NOK 887.58 each, with a 25% employee discount and subsequent tax implications. A total of 5,993 employees participated, receiving up to 86 shares each, subject to a one-year lock-in period. The program’s transactions include purchases by primary insiders and related parties, with the company now holding 0.24% of its share capital.
