Kongsberg Gruppen Enhances Employee Share Program

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (NSKFF) has released an update.

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has transferred 248 of its own shares to employees as part of its share program and long-term incentive plan. Following this transaction, the company retains 15,050 treasury shares, equivalent to 0.009% of its total share capital. Kongsberg Gruppen is a global leader in high-technology systems across various sectors, generating NOK 40.6 billion in turnover in 2023.
