Komatsu Ltd. (JP:6301) has released an update.
Komatsu Ltd. has completed a share buyback program, purchasing 4,272,600 shares for a total cost of 20.2 billion yen between July 1 and July 31, 2024, as part of a larger buyback plan approved by their Board of Directors to acquire up to 33 million shares or 3.5% of the total outstanding shares. To date, the company has repurchased 16,544,500 shares for 76.26 billion yen under the current plan.
